Mandatory Sizing Day

All participants must attend one of the mandatory uniform sizing days at Birchwood Recreation Center:
--- May 18th from 9:00am to 11:00am or May 22rd from 6:45pm - 8:00pm.

Please bring the following:

$125 Check to PAFA Spirit postdated 11/1/13 for uniform deposit
Separate cash or check for uniform cleaning fee
Separate check or cash for the purchase of mandatory supplies

Note: Supply purchases are non-refundable. New participants will spend approximately $125 on these supplies not including shoes (approx $35). Mandatory supplies include PAFA warm ups, hair bows and other miscellaneous items.

Additional Information

When to Register

Between March 1st and June 1st 2013.

Registrations after May 22 will result in a $25 late sizing fee.

Visit the Palatine Park District at the Community Center, Birchwood or Falcon Park.

Early Discount

Refund Policy

100% less $5 processing fee through July 30. 50% less $5 processing fee through August 3. No refunds after August 3.

Sibling Discount

Little sister registration is discounted by 10%! Visit the Park District in person to apply this discount.
