About PAFA Spirit
PAFA Spirit offers girls in grades 3-8 the opportunity to participate on a Cheer, Flags or Poms team in support of the Palatine Amateur Football Association's travel football program.

Tumbling
Tumbling is an important part of cheerleading.
PAFA encourages our participants to enroll in additional tumbling classes and clinics if they wish to continue in High School Cheerleading at a varsity or competition level.
PAFA does not include tumbling as part of the cheer program, however tumbling is incorporated into routines for those girls with tumbling experience. Our coaches are not certified gymnastics/tumbling coaches and thus, to ensure safety, they do not spot or instruct on tumbling techniques.
There are a number of fantastic cheer
tumbling programs throughout the
Palatine area. We distribute tumbling
information throughout the season and it
is also here.
